Vault of Gems is a collection of 12,345 uncommon and unique nfts on the Ethereum blockchain.
The first NFT project to be tied to a physical object is Vault of Gems. The VOG collection is a set of five gems (gold, emerald, ruby, sapphire, and diamond) whose rarity is established by comparing the number of virtual gems to the quantity and rarity of each real-life gem using real-life computations.
The collection of 12,345 diamonds was designed from the ground up by the chief artist and hand-drawn by his team of brilliant artists and graphic designers. The VOG series of digital art succeeded to mirror the number of virtual gems to physical gems in proportion to the magnitude of the project by performing a computation that included variables such as amount, rarity, and scarcity of each gem in the real world.
Team members stated that their goal while designing the project was to create something that makes people want to just be a part of a greater movement. With varied rarity for each gem, the value is decided by both the gem’s real-life worth as well as the range of additional attributes to each NFT to make each piece unique.
The crew said that this endeavor is about more than simply art. VOG is working on a private NFT exchange that will connect the Metaverse to the Universe.
